There is a huge loop-hole when it comes to employment laws and pregnancy. It is completely unfair for a pregnant woman to loose her job, because of her pregnancy and the complications that come with it. New regulations in each state need to be drafted to include employment protection for pregnant women, just like Massachusetts is trying to do.
