I just don’t understand why we are pouring so much money into other countries to fight a war against drugs. I understand the drugs ultimately find their way into the U.S., but don’t we have bigger problems where that money could be allocated? We are in a economic depression, people are homeless and without work and we are in massive debt. The war on drugs just needs to be put on the back-burner and let’s worry about the American people.
