The driver of the van and Kids Clubhouse, located at 4165 Magna Carta Blvd., in Grand Prairie, violated numerous safety guidelines on Monday morning which resulted in a tragic crash and 13 injured children. The van had a carrying capacity of 14 kids and was overloaded with 20 young children. The children were not wearing safety belts. To make this tragedy more horrifying, the driver of the Kids Clubhouse day care van was unlicensed at the time of the van rollover.
