An Ohio man-suffering from Mesothelioma filed the lawsuit on August 30 in Kanawha Circuit Court in Kanawha County, W. Va., alleging that all of the defendants are responsible for his deadly disease. Mesothelioma is usually acquired from being exposed to asbestos, a dangerous airborne fiber that can lead to many fatal diseases.
