Utah County, UT — A civil lawsuit filed against the owner of Lone Peak Controls and D&L Electric Control Company accuses the employer of sexual harassment, as well a creating a suggested Monday-through-Friday schedule that detailed what she should—or shouldn’t—wear to work, reported the Salt Lake City Tribune.

The Utah County woman filed the lawsuit this week in the U.S. District Court against Derek Wright, the owner of the Pleasant Grove-based businesses.

According to the lawsuit, Trudy Nycole Anderson, 44, was given a weekly clothing schedule that included Mini-skirt Monday,” “Tube-top Tuesday,” “Wet T-shirt Wednesday,” “No bra Thursday” and “Bikini top Friday.”

Anderson, who was hired as an officer manager in September 2007, says Wright—who was her supervisor—“repeatedly asked Ms. Anderson about her breast size and talked about her breasts in front of other employees,” the lawsuit states.

In addition, Wright allegedly asked Anderson to show him her breasts and asked whether she shaved her pubic area. Wright also allegedly smacked Anderson’s buttocks on at least two occasions, as well as asking her for oral sex several times.

Anderson also asserts that when she asked her boss to take some time off for a medical appointment, Wright responded by saying that he would “give her a mammogram for free,” the lawsuit states.

Wright also allegedly said he was installing a shower at the office so that him and Anderson could shower together. Furthermore, Wright also allegedly offered Anderson a recipe for “sex cake,” as well as purchasing a product that he sprayed in the office that was “meant to arouse women.”
