A study revealed at the American Stroke Association’s International Stroke Conference in Los Angeles showed “people who drank diet soda every day had a 61 percent higher risk of vascular events, including stroke and heart attack, than those who completely eschewed the diet drinks,” reported USA Today. No matter what type of soda it may be, it isn’t good for your health. Its better to just say away from any form of soda.
