Legal news for New York product liability attorneys– Santa suit buttons pose choking hazard for small children.

New York, NY (NewYorkInjuryNews.com) – Macy’s Merchandising Group Inc. announced the recall of First Impressions Boy’s Three-Piece Santa Set through the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) www.cpsc.gov on January 26, 2010. The product was recalled due to a choking hazard.
