N.Y Accident Alert: Perry woman killed in collision

Legal news for New York motor vehicle accident attorneys –A motor vehicle accident occurred in New York, which injured three and killed one according to police.

Perry, NY (NewYorkInjuryNews.com) – A two-vehicle crash claimed the life of one woman and injured three others Wednesday January 6, 2010, according to Buffalo News.

Police and emergency medical services (EMS) arrived at the scene to assess the situation. Officials reported that the motor vehicle accident occurred at 8 a.m. on Route 20A next to Smith Road. It was reported that a pickup truck veered into oncoming vehicles and collided with a Dodge Caravan.

Police identified the driver of the Dodge as 36-year-old Danielle Heubusch, of Warsaw traveling with passenger 48-year-old Susanne Bzduch, who tragically did not survive the crash. The Wyoming County Medical Examiners officer pronounced Bzduch dead at the scene of the accident. Heubusch sustained non-life threatening injuries and was transported to Erie County Medical Center for treatment.

The driver of the Chevrolet pickup truck was identified as 28-year-old Stormie Meyers, who sustained injuries and was taken to Erie County Medical Center to be treated by doctors and nurses. Her passenger, 22-year-old Jaclyn Crowley, was taken via ambulance to Wyoming County Community Hospital for non-critical injuries. Police said that the slippery roads were a factor in the motor vehicle accident. The investigation continues.
