New York woman killed in I-75 SUV wreck in Florida

Legal news for New York Motor Vehicle Accident attorneys–Police reported that a New York woman was struck in a Ford SUV vehicle crash in Naples, Florida.

Naples, FL (NewYorkInjuryNews.com) –- A New York woman was ejected out of a Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) after it was struck from behind by another car and rolled several times on Saturday, November 14, 2009, announced Naples Daily News.

Police reported that 28-year-old Andrea Kidder, was traveling eastbound on I-75 when she struck the 2001 Ford SUV. The SUV rolled over several times before landing on its side and ejected Bree Kelly, 22, Buchanan, N.Y., out of the vehicle. The driver of the SUV, 19-year-old Nicholas Mason, sustained minor injuries in the crash and was treated at NCH Healthcare Systems hospital.

Emergency medical services (EMS) arrived at the scene of the two vehicle crash to transport the injured victims to local hospitals. Kelly was flown to Lee Memorial Hospital in Fort Myers to be treated by doctors and nurses. Her injuries proved fatal later that night. Kidder remained unharmed in the accident. The Florida Highway Patrol continues to investigate the fatal and tragic wreck. There were no charges pressed as of yet.
