A red sub-compact car was struck by a pickup truck that had crossed four lanes of traffic, and crashed into the British mini-car. The scene of the accident took place at the intersection of Route 168 and Route 51 in south part of Beaver County.

The Beaver County Medical Examiners Coroner and Beaver County police officials reported to the scene of the fatal accident. Police reported that the three men, who were traveling in the mini-car, were apparently on their way to a bachelor’s party.

The driver of the pickup truck was identified as Daniel Demarco who was traveling with his wife, 25-year-old Jessica Demarco. She was declared dead at the scene. Emergency medical services (EMS) helicopter flew Daniel to a hospital in Pittsburgh to be treated for his serious injuries.

Police identified the three men traveling in the car as two groomsmen — 23-year-old Bryan Charles Atkinson; 22-year-old Joshua Jay Tate; and 23-year-old Louis Henry Young IV, who was scheduled to marry next Saturday.
