New York Motor Vehicle Accident Notice: Two-car collision seriously injured driver

Emergency medical services took a critically injured man after a car collision with a minivan in Lincoln NY.

Lincoln, NY (NewYorkInjuryNews.com) – A two-vehicle crash severely injured a Canastota man traveling on Oxbow Road in Madison County on Wednesday, October 14, 2009.

Police reported that the car crash took place around 7:30 p.m. when a Dodge Neon was traveling southbound on Oxbow road when he failed to negotiate a curve, lost control of his vehicle and swerved into the northbound lanes to T-boned a minivan.

New Hampshire police identified the driver of the Dodge Neon as 41-year-old Anthony V. Jayson of 202 Wilson Street. The driver of the minivan was identified as 54-year-old Marianne Miller, 54, of 216 N. Court Street, in Wampsville, She was traveling with her teenage daughter 16-year-old Jessica Miller, who was riding in the front passenger seat.
Both women suffered from minor injuries ion the crash, but refused treatment of medics on the scene.

Emergency medical services and Lincoln firefighters responded to the accident. Firefighters issued CPR to Anthony before the ambulance transported him to University Hospital to be treated by doctors and nurses. The Madison County Sheriff’s Department reported that Anthony is listed in critical condition for severe trauma to his head, spine and other internal injuries. The investigation continues.
