Woman killed when semi and SUV collide in Maryland!

The collision occurred on Sunday morning, between a 2003 Chevrolet Tracker and a semi truck in White Marsh, Maryland. The driver of the Chevy Tracker was identified by police authorities as 57-year-old Linda Buckland, resident of Edgewood, Maryland. She was reportedly traveling west on Pulaski expressway when she crashed into a semi-truck that had entered the highway from Stevens Road.

Police officials identified the operator of the semi truck as Irvin Jones, resident of Dublin, Virginia. The crash occurred around 1:44 a.m. according to police reports. The collision fatally injured the driver of the Chevrolet. Charles Buckland, 62, who was traveling in the Chevrolet with his wife Linda, was seriously injured in the wreck.

Emergency medical services (EMS) transported the husband and wife to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center where Linda Buckland was treated by doctors and nurses. Charles Buckland was listed as critical condition. Linda Buckland was declared dead by medical personnel later that morning. Jones was not reportedly injured in the fatal accident. Maryland police have pressed charges against Jones for multiple violations in connection with the wreck.
