New York motorcyclist found under car in Route 12 crash

New York Motorcycle Accident Lawyers news- a motorcyclist traveling on Route 12 was hit by a car and was injured.

Police reported NY motorcyclist has minor injuries was taken to local hospital after being rear ended by a car.

Utica, NY (NewYorkInjuryNews.com) – A man riding his motorcycle in Utica, in Oneida County, crashed with another vehicle on Route 12 and the motorcyclist ended up beneath the body of the car, announced WKTV.

New York officials reported the motorcyclist to have been hit from behind by the vehicle causing the biker to be ejected off of his motorcycle and he landed beneath the car.

The crash caused the vehicle to catch on fire. Medical personnel transported the motorcyclist to the local hospital where he would be treated by doctors and nurses for his minor injuries. Police reported the crash to have taken place Thursday night on the Court Street exit. Fire rescue and emergency medical services (EMS) responded to the scene of the crash on near the exit on the highway.

Utica County authorities identified the motorcyclist as Daniel Henderson, resident of Stittville. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Matthew French, resident of Oriskany Falls, was given a citation for speeding. French apparently remained uninjured in the crash and was not transported to the hospital. The ages of the drivers were not specified.
