Massachusetts motor vehicle accident report – Fiery crash kills passenger, driver survives!

Massachusetts motor vehicle accident attorneys report on a motor vehicle rollover crash on Interstate 495 in Maryland.

Wrentham, MA (NewYorkInjuryNews.com) — In Norfolk County, Massachusetts, police officials reported a 1 vehicle wreck that burst into flames killing 1 man, announced the Boston Herald. The crash seriously injured the driver who barely escaped from the wrecked vehicle before it exploded on Interstate 495. The passenger in the rollover crash was trapped and was killed in the fiery blast.

Police reported that the vehicle had slammed into the guardrail ricocheted off and rolled and finally landed at the median in the early morning hours Tuesday, reported detectives. The vehicle was traveling northbound on Interstate 495.

The Emergency Medical Services(EMS) pronounced the passenger dead at the scene. His name has not been released as of yet. The driver of the destroyed vehicle was announced as a man, 22, resident of Mendon was transported to Rhode Island Hospital where he was treated for severe injuries.

The fiery roll over crash shut down the two northbound lanes of traffic for several hours afterward. The northbound lanes reopened before rush hour traffic. The cause for this fiery accident has yet to be determined. Detectives are investigating the crash.
