Albany, New York car accident kills 1, injures 3

Emergency rescue services transport 3 injured victims of car accident in Albany, New York.

Albany, NY (NewYorkInjuryNews.com)—Investigation is underway by police officials concerning the cause for a 2 car accident on State Road 203 and Chapel drive in the Chatham area, announced the Albany Times Union.  The driver of the Sedan, 34-year-old Ralph Glover, was declared dead at the scene of the crash by Columbia County medical personnel.

The passenger on Glover’s vehicle survived, and was transported via Emergency rescue team to the nearby fire department and then she was picked up via trauma helicopter to Albany Medical Center Hospital for moderate injuries, reported rescue officials.

The other vehicle involved in the crash was a pickup truck.  The driver, 18 year-old James Lensink, and his friend, 17 year-old Edward Mieske, were taken from their heavily damaged vehicles via emergency transportation to the Albany Medical Center Hospital to be treated for their minor injuries.
