A New York mother reportedly threw her fighting children out of the car and left them.

New York Injury News — A mother reportedly ordered her two daughters out of her car as they were arguing and drove off. As reported by the Associated Press (AP), Madlyn Primoff was charged with endangering a child after leaving her 10 and 12-year-old daughters stranded in the business district of White Plains, New York.

As noted by the AP, Primoff, a partner in a law firm in Manhattan, entered a plea of not guilty early this week for the charge. Her attorney, Vincent Briccetti, is quoted in the report as stating of his client, “Madlyn is a great mother connected with a great family, and she is grateful for the outpouring of support from friends and family.”

The children were reportedly not physically harmed in the incident.
