New Jersey boy’s ATV ride leads to fistfight

Trenton, New Jersey (NewYorkInjuryNews.com) — On Saturday, a fistfight broke out when an intoxicated man took a six year old child whom did not belong to him on an ATV ride. Once the father of six year old found out about the ride, he began a heated exchange with the ATV driver and the situation took an ugly turn when the scene erupted into fistfights. According to the police, Plainsboro’s Victor Rosario, 25, confronted Richard Kendrick, 38, when Kendrick took the boy for an ATV ride while under the influence of alcohol.
At 7:45 PM, the police was called. Rosario was arrested for causing physical injuries and assaulting Kendrick. He was taken to the Middlesex County Adult Correctional Center and was asked to furnish a bail of $10,000. Rosario is awaiting his court appearance for assaulting Kendrick.

According to the police, Kendrick was also not free from charges as he was arrested once he returned from Princeton’s University Medical Center where he was being treated for his injuries. He was charged for driving under the influence along with charges of reckless driving while being under the influence of a potent substance.

Kendrick’s actions could have led to a serious accident injuring the six year old child. However, nothing serious took place and the child was free from any injuries. Kendrick was freed due to self-recognizance. Kendrick has to make a pending court appearance regarding the Saturday incident where he was under the influence of an intoxicant and took Rosario’s son on an ATV ride.
