Atlantic City, New Jersey (NewYorkInjuryNews.com) — On the afternoon of 10th June 2008, Tuesday, a woman got injured in the Upper Freehold area of New Jersey when her black colored car got struck with a tree nearby and got flipped over lying on a country road. This striking accident took place at around 4.30 pm on the Hutchinson Road of the city.
The state police have said that the causes of the crash are still under investigation but the officials believe that the car just drifted to its right while it had been traveling along a narrow lane and got struck with the tree that grew near the edges of the cemented road surface. The collision with the tree led the car rolling over onto its own roof. This statement has been contradicted by several observers who believe that a car cannot be rolled over just by drifting towards the right. Some argue that the woman must be driving very fast which led to its flipping over.
The injured woman whose name has not been available got trapped in her car wreckage and the fire fighters from New Egypt and Upper Freehold had to come and rescue her from the debris. After that, she was rushed to the Capital Health System, Fuld Hospital, Trenton through an ambulance. The state police officials have reported that although her injuries are still under evaluation, they do not appear threatening to her life in any way.
On the other side of the city, an accident involving three cars shut down traffic on Garden Stake Parkway, Monmouth County and Route 138. The accident took place around 9 am on Tuesday which killed one person in the Wall Township. The Chief of Wall Police, David Morris, has reported that they are not yet able to find the identification of the person killed or people who have been injured.
