Hollywood, CA — A woman has sued Disney and a Disney Channel comedian for repeatedly smacking her butt, as well as pulling a fast one to plant a kiss on her lips in front of her two children and a live studio audience at a taping of “Good Luck Charlie,” reports the Huffington Post.

Kellie Rodriguez filed the lawsuit in the L.A. County Superior Court, after she was invited on stage by warm-up act Ron Pearson in December 2011, to join him and two other audience members to do their best “silly dance” to Village People classic “YMCA.”

Rodriquez reportedly began her “silly dance,” while her two children, sister-in-law, and her sister-in-law’s three daughters watched from the audience. While Rodriquez was doing her dance, Pearson allegedly began to spank her on stage.

“This unwarranted and unconsented spanking was relentless, and did not cease until Plaintiff physically turned around to stop it,” the suit revealed.

When the dance ended, Pearson requested a kiss on the cheek from Rodriquez, but he quickly turned his head as she went in to give him the kiss, causing her to kiss him on the lips instead.

Rodriguez further asserts that she saw Pearson “looking up and down Plaintiff’s body in a lewd manner” by the restroom before the dance contest took place.

Rodriguez is seeking punitive damages for “sexual assault, battery, negligence, negligent hiring, negligent retention of unfit employees, negligent supervision, negligent training, negligent infliction of emotional distress, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.”
