Legal news for Delaware criminal attorneys. Prosecutors believe there may be more victims who were sexually assaulted by Dr. Bradley.

Delaware criminal lawyers alert- A Delaware pediatrician has been indicted on 471 counts of sexual assaults on patients.

Seaford, DE—The Delaware pediatrician, who was arrested in December on allegations of sexually abusing nine patients, is now being indicted by a grand jury for 471 counts for the serial molestation of 103 children. Investigators are now urging former patients and parents to come forward if they believe they have been affected by the horrendous actions of the pediatrician, as reported by the Sun-Sentinel.

Dr. Earl Bradley of Lewes has been charged with rape, sexual exploitation of a child, unlawful sexual conduct, continuous sexual abuse of a child, assault and reckless endangering. All of the alleged victims were reportedly caught on over 13 hours of tape, which consisted of mostly girls and one boy that dated as far back as December 1998. Bradley’s medical license has since been permanently revoked by the state Board of Medical Practice. According to the 160-page indictment, Bradley was allegedly videotaping the sexual exploitation of patients, who were often assaulted repeatedly and sometimes on consecutive days. Over a one year period one girl was apparently raped over a dozen times. Officials would not comment whether they believe Bradley had captured all of his alleged sexual assaults on videotape, or if there may be additional victims. Investigators have sent out nearly 3,100 letters urging former patients and parents to contact prosecutors. Authorities believe there may be more victims than the 103 reported patients.
