Cazenovia, NY (NewYorkInjuryNews.com) – In the town of Cazenovia, a Jeep collided head on with an Onondaga County police vehicle on Sunday killing one passenger and injuring the driver and one other passenger, announced the Post-Standard.

The man killed in the accident, only noted as a resident of Cazenovia, has not been identified by officials publicly as of yet. The driver of the Jeep, identified as Barbara Evans, survived with one of her passengers, Chris Lane. They were both taken to the hospital for minor injuries due to the crash. Passenger James Evans was taken by paramedics to the Hospital where doctors declared him to be dead.
