Electrical fire breaks out at New Jersey sewage treatment factory

New Jersey Personal Injury Attorneys Announcement - A dangerous electrical fire broke out in a New Jersey sewage factory.

Parsippany, NJ (NewYorkInjuryNews.com) – A sewage treatment factory in Morris County, New Jersey, developed an emergency electrical fire where Firefighters reported to the scene to extinguish the source, announced The Star Ledger.

Sources said that the fire destroy the main switchboard early Thursday morning. Firefighters arrived at the scene before the blaze could damage the factory further. Morris County police investigators are on the case to determine what caused the fire in the sewage factory.

The factory is being powered by a backup generator for workers today. On a regular basis, Power is run through the South Edwards Road facility which then passes through the main switchboard. Factory authorities removed the panel from the original source of electrical power and continued to use numerous emergency power-generators for electricity.

The generators are will keep the factory functioning at normal levels until a new main board is installed, reported officials. Morris County’s power was unaffected by the factory’s fire disruption this morning. No one lost power in the surrounding areas due to the electrical fire. Investigators reported that there was apparently no one injured in this electrical fire.
